Dr. Cha was great! She asked not only about my dental hygiene and oral health, but about aesthetics, too, which I've never had a dentist ask about. She also answered some questions I had had before about my teeth (to which I had previously received confusing answers) and explained recommended procedures without pushing them--she acknowledged affordability. So many dentists I find push expensive procedures on you and then trap you with the bill after they're done. Very thankful Dr. Cha was understanding.

As someone who is highly anxious about dentist visits I have nothing but positive feedback for Dr. Cha and her team at Cambridge Dental Annex. Dr. Cha was gentle, patient, and knowledgeable. The entire team was very friendly and accommodating. Unlike many other dental practices I did not feel that I was being "sold to," and felt that they truly have their patients' best interest in mind. Will return!

I would really recommend this dentist and her office. Everyone was very kind to me. Dr. Cha understood how my insurance worked and was able to give me accurate estimates about what things would cost me out of pocket and what would/ would not be covered.

I did not have an enjoyable experience here. Dr. was rude to her dental assistant, she did not explain what she was doing or why. I am mad at myself for letting her immediately drill my tooth instead of getting a second opinion. Not all teeth need to be immediately drilled and filled but rather just monitored until next check up. I had no pain or anything before and now my tooth hurts. Regret the whole experience.

I appreciate that Dr. Cha talked me through the cleaning--it is a procedure that we all go through twice a year, but it is still comforting that the Doc is considerate enough to say what she is going to do before she does it, unlike some other dentists that will poke and prod you without warning.
Also like that doc does both the exam and the cleaning herself, no separate hygienist.

Very wonderful. I was really nervous about my filling and Dr. Cha helped me feel at ease right away. She explained the whole process beforehad, checked several times that my gum was numb, and explained what was happening during the procedure. Thank you so much for making a filling an actually enjoyable process.
