Office staff were very polite and welcoming !!!! The best part for me was how much time the dentist spent with me. She did my cleaning and didn't rush, she explained everything before she did anything. Office wasn't packed with clients on top of each other, so that means no double booking. I have defiantly found my new dentist.

Dr. Choi received her Bachelors Degree with a major in Biochemistry at the University of California in San Diego. She then received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, she completed her post-doctoral program in Advance Education of General Dentistry at Temple University.
As your dentist you can be rest assured that you will receive the personalized attention you deserve. She will listen to your needs and answer all your questions. The friendships she has made with her patients and their families over the years meant a lot to her, and it is her goal to always treat patients as if they were and extension of her own family. Dr. Choi currently resides in the neighborhood of Cypress, and is excited to be a part of the community.
Dr. Choi is a proud mother of two beautiful children and happily married to a husband who is a Research Engineer. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, discovering new local foods and restaurants.

I don't normally enjoy going to the dentist but I immediately felt comfortable upon entering the office. The office manager was very personable and helpful. The office was clean and very pretty. The dental assistant was very nice and efficient. The tv with netflix was a nice touch. Dr. Choi was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very happy with my first visit

My visit to the dentist after several years of not going was actually not as bad as I thought. I filled out my patient profile online and had no paperwork to fill out when I arrived. Was taken back to have my xrays done and then taken to the room to wait on Dr. Choi. My BP was taken by the dental assistant and asked a few questions in regards to my dental up keep. I was then told that Dr. Choi would be with me in a few. As I waited I got to watch TV which took my mind off what was to come. 10 min went by and Dr. Choi was in to review my Xrays. She examined my mouth and then we went over a treatment plan. I chose to have some work done , was numbed up very well, and was asked during the treatment if I was alright. Dr. Choi and her assitants have very good bedside manner and very attentive. I have been avoiding going to a dentist in years and now im happy that I have found the Dentist and staff that I am comfortable with .

Their office atmosphere is very organized and very clean.
The Dentist is very patient and very gentle and asked if I was ok during my cleaning which I appreciated.

I usually hate going to the dentist.. My teeth are extra sensitive and some dentist are really harsh. Not Dr. choi, she was perfect, nice, honest, professional and did a good job. The receptionist was also very nice and responsive. The office is new, well designed and comfortable. I will stick with her!

I got my root canal done on short notice ahead of my business trip. No pain. Dr. Choi was very thorough, polite and professional. The staff mentors were able to work through my complicated hours and took care of the insurance. Clean and modern office. Very satisfied.

The staff was really kind and professional . Jieun Choi, DMD was very informative. She explained was was going to happen during and after treatment. During the treatment I was constantly asked if I was doing ok. Everyone made what could have been a difficult visit a pleasant experience.

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, so I was a bit worried that I would have to have a lot of work done on my teeth. Luckily the doctor only prescribed what was needed and concerning.
The entire staff was very warm and welcoming and put me quite at ease. Throughout my cleaning I was asked about my comfort. I knew what was going on and what to expect with every transition. It was a very great experience.
