Dr. Asheld graduated from New York University's College of Dentistry with high distinction. She not only graduated at the top of her class, but she was also inducted into the prestigious honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. This society is one of the highest National Dental honors one can attain.
Dr. Asheld is from Long Island, growing up in Bellmore, New York. Before graduate school, she attended Adelphi University honors college on a Trustee Scholarship. Dr. Asheld received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and graduated with the highest possible diploma, Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Asheld is an active member of the American Dental Association and both Nassau and Suffolk counties dental societies. On a special note, Dr. Jill enjoys volunteering her time treating underprivileged children in community health facilities.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jill enjoys hiking, sailing and spending time at the beach. She's also an avid baker who delights in making delicious desserts for her friends and family which includes her parents and two older brothers.

This was my first visit and I don't love going to the dentist (who does?). It has been a few years since I've been, so I was expecting to be told that I have some cavities, which I do. Dr. Asheld was lovely and her staff were very warm and knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything! Everyone in the office is wonderful and pleasant. From the minute you enter until the minute you leave , you feel safe and welcome! Dr. A always takes her time to explain everything and make sure I'm happy. She's great!
