The staff was kind, except the receptionist. My appointment was at 3 pm. They left a voice message to come early at 10 am. I asked my supervisor to leave early for a dental appointment. I emailed them if they are not available to take my appointment, cancel it. They replied back to me "We were asking if you'd be able to come in a bit earlier at 2PM or 2:30PM? " without any hello, please. Dental assistant and dental hygeniest was kind and professional. Dentist. Kim also was kind but she asked me come back to cleaning because hygeniest are not available for now or she said 30mins later hygenist is available. They asked me to come early so I had to hurry but they asked me to wait 30mins. ?? Good thing, I did not wait for 30 mins and the hygenist was really good and kind. After the cleaning, they were not me let go because they didnt comminucate each other, the hygenist helped me again in the receptionist area. The receptionist need to chage attitude to the patient.
