Wonderful practice. Went above & beyond what I originally made the appointment for and made sure that all my needs were taken care of that same day. They stayed late after office hours and I have great appreciation and respect for both doctors and their staff. However, I am not that impressed with ZocDoc. I am a former pt and it would have been much easier to call them directly.

Dr. Laraway graduated from high school in Poland in 1989 and started medical school (Academy of Medicine and Stomatology) in Gdansk Poland during the same year.
In the midst of decline of the communist regime she received an international scholarship which enabled her to leave Poland and continue her medical training in USA.
She completed aAssociate of Science degree and was admitted to several dental schools throughout the country (University of Michigan-Ann Arbor Mi, Marquette University-Wisconsin). She selected Northwestern University Chicago, Illinois where she received numerous academic scholarships. Dr. Joanna was also privileged to be a recipient of the Association of Dentistry for Children award for her outstanding performance in the department of pediatrics. Since then Dr. Laraway has pursued training in the departments of orthodontics, TMD treatments, snoring and sleep disorders, surgical placement of implants, and wisdom teeth removal. She was invited to become an in instructor for the International Association of Orthodontics but has postponed it until 2012 setting the development of her new Woodlands office as a priority for 2011.

Dr. Laraway's interests include kinesiology, nutrition, and a holistic comprehensive approach to her patients dental needs.
In addition to her passionate approach to health care she also enjoys playing in the family rock band in which her 12 year old daughter plays piano, electric bass guitar, clarinet and tuba!
