I highly recommend Dr. Pallacio, took my 83 year old mother to her. She had problems with her old dentures for years, Dr. Pollacio made her new ones that fit & look great. Mom & I are happy she can stop smiling.

My children & I love Dr. Pallacio. She is so gentle & caring. She even was able to do a cavity for my 2 year old. She sang a song & Spanish & was able to calm my child so much & gain her trust for her tooth. (We went to 5 other Dentist who were unable to do the work on 2 year old. Even my husband made an appointment with her (He is so afraid of the dentist & has not gone for 20 years).

Worst medical experience I have ever had in my life.

Dr Johanna Palacio was nice and professional. I was mainly there for a cleaning. The cleaning was ok. It was a little rough. The amin staff was unprofessional. I filled out all my medical documentschool through ZocDoc and they refused to even look for them. Then during my cleaning I was told I needed an antibiotic where some tarter was. They wouldn't process it through insurance and stopped the cleaning until I paid for the addition that they insisted on. Not only did I feel like I was being coerced but stopping a procedure with the patient in the chair actively being worked on is uncalled for.

Johanna Palacio is very pleasant, and seems to care about doing a good job and about her patients, although she has had to redo work on my teeth several times now because of problems with the work done.
The office is very difficult to work with, however.
This office claims that ZocDoc is only for new patients, and will automatically cancel your appointment made through ZocDoc if you are already a patient there, without explanation or calling to reschedule (until you call them to see what happened).
The appointments listed for Johanna Palacio may actually be with a different dentist in the office, and Johanna Palacio does not take all of the insurances listed here, and is only there a few days a week (not all the days listed on ZocDoc).
They have also failed to return my calls when I had a problem, and told me come in to wait an hour and half to see a dentist, only to be told that my dentist wasn't in and I should just come back tomorrow.
