With more than 30 years of experience in dentistry and clinical leadership, Dr. John Douglas Mann is a dedicated and accomplished Dental Director and clinician known for his commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence. A graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, Dr. Mann began his dental career after first earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Phillips College in San Antonio, Texas.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mann has combined his expertise in comprehensive dental treatment with strong administrative and leadership skills. As Dental Director for Valley Dental, Inc. in Clovis, California, he oversaw a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 dental professionals, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Later, as the owner of his private practice in Rohnert Park, he provided a full scope of general dentistry services, emphasizing preventive care, restorative procedures, and patient education.
Dr. Mann’s early experience as a U.S. Army Dental Therapist at Fort Ord laid the foundation for his disciplined approach to clinical quality and patient care. Recognized as both a Distinguished Honor Graduate and Outstanding Clinician during his dental hygiene training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, he continues to uphold those standards of excellence in every aspect of his work.
