He’s competent, efficient, intelligent, and pleasant to talk to. I have never had even a moment of discomfort during or after any procedure, even a complicated one. Didn't give me enough anesthesia so I woke up while he was extracting my teeth in horrible pain. Terrible experience.
Dr. John was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions aND took time to explain.

Good doctor, good staff. Terribly long wait time.

I arrived for my wisdom tooth extraction 15 minutes early and had to wait nearly 1 hour to be seen. Doctor McIntyre did not even greet me when he finally attended to me. He gave me no information about what the procedure would be like or about being put under for the procedure. He only handed me a piece of paper after. The nurses were quite nice but the receptionist was very rude. If you are looking to feel safe and informed during and after your procedure, go elsewhere.

I was there for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Mc was very courteous and patient with me as I was a bit scared. He was very professional. The procedure was done in a few minutes and I really felt no pain or discomfort. He called me at home around 6 pm that evening to see how I was doing.

Everything was outdated.
(this goes for all physicians ...) If you are running late, please have supporting staff contact patients. This way we don't come to the office and have to wait !!!
Wonderful!
The office was great and staff was super friendly and professional, I had a small wait but nothing terrible, it happens in an office sometimes. Over all amazing experience!

I didn't feel a thing when I got my wisdom tooth removed! I was beyond nervous but the entire staff made me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend.
I've had a two major procedures performed by Dr. McIntyre, most recently a tooth pull and implant, and they all went smoothly and painlessly. Highly recommended.

Dr. McIntyre is highly qualified and polite specialist. I always feel very comfortable in the chair. It's worth it to go to the other end of city.

I had to take all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and let me mention I am deathly afraid of the dentist. Dr. John and his staff were amazing. Made a consulting appointment just to get my X-ray, after we scheduled my appointment. The day of the surgery, staff made sure I was relaxed went over the procedure. Took me about 2-3 days to eat properly and now 2 weeks post surgery I'm doing amazing.

Sweet and knowledgable. Has the routine down for setting up a wisdom tooth extraction appointment. Wanted to make sure one tooth wasn't close to a nerve, made sure to get an X ray beforehand. The assistants in front can get quickly exasperated by simple things. Might have been a busy day.
He is very thorough and cautious. The staff is very helpful. The dark-haired lady at the desk was not the nicest, but the other lady was great!

Staff was very helpful and understanding.. They were even able to arrange an appointment for my son who needed a procedure done..
Dr. McIntyre was incredibly professional and helpful. He explained my options for sedation versus local versus general anesthetic and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. He also was sure to give me a call after my procedure to let me know that if I had any questions or concerns, he was available. My follow up appointment was super quick and painless. I highly recommend.

I have seen Dr McIntyre several times over the years, usually to have a tooth extracted. Hard to believe that pulling a tooth could be painless, but Dr McIntyre is amazing. He's an amazing dentist and a fine person - a real find if you need an oral surgeon.
Verified patient
I was quite pleased with the staff professionalism. I was seen almost immediately and Dr. McIntyre explained everything to me. After Dr. McIntyre finished with me his receptionist spoke with me to ensure that I understood the next steps.
Verified patient
Very pleasant.
Really impressed with how quickly and painlessly he pulled my wisdom tooth. He even called later that evening to make sure I was feeling okay - never had a doctor do that before.

I checked in 5-10 minutes before my schedule appointment time and ended up waiting almost 90 minutes. This was for a conversation that literally took 5 minutes after he looked at my X-rays. There were many patients who came into the office after me who were seen before me. I found this to be very rude. I had a business meeting and asked the receptionist when she thought I would be seen and I let her know that I had to be out by a certain time. Dr. McIntyre did not pay 100% attention to me once I was in the office; he instead was letting nurses interrupt him to ask him questions about other patients. He gave me a very cursory apology for the long wait and did not seem to make any effort towards making sure his bedside manner made up for it (he wasn't rude, just letting himself be distracted by other things). I am going back to him to have my wisdom teeth removed, but only because he came highly recommended by my dentist.
he is a really good dentist
The staff as well as Dr. McIntyre were all wonderful. I had my wisdom tooth removed & the procedure was painless. I highly recommend Dr. McIntyre & staff.
Verified patient
Very nice DMD. I would recommend him. His staff are welcoming. He also, personally followed-up with me, and suggested I contact him on his cell if I had any issues or questions.
Verified patient
Dr. was extremely personable & professional and my extraction was virtually painless. Staff was truly amazing as well. Highly recommended.
Great! I've been very scared to get my wisdom teeth taken out but he and his staff were so caring, professional and kind that my fears subsided almost immediately. I am having some issues with my insurance which may mean I can't go through with the operation however they're doing all the work for this process. Im so thankful they're putting in so much effort to help me when there's a chance they won't even have me as a customer. Most offices would probably just ask me to leave if I had this problem anywhere else.
