Dr. Jon Matthes was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a BS in Psychology in 1998. For 2 years after graduation, Dr. Matthes worked in a Dental Laboratory fabricating crowns and bridges. He then attended the University of Minnesota-School of Dentistry for 4 years receiving his DDS degree in 2004.
Soon after graduation, Dr. Matthes fulfilled his lifelong dream of moving to Colorado. For nearly the past 10 years, Dr. Matthes has been providing compassionate, honest and quality Dentistry in the state of Colorado. He’s very active in continuing education classes and takes pride in staying on top of the latest Dental technologies. Dr. Matthes truly loves living in Colorado and tries to take advantage of all Colorado has to offer. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his 5 year old daughter Kallie and Fox Terrier Buddy. He also enjoys hiking, running, golfing, skiing, reading and watching sports.
