Dr. Cook was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. After high school he attended Florida State University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Biological Sciences. Upon graduation he was excited to finally make his way down to south Florida where he would attend Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry.
Throughout his time in dental school, Dr. Cook was honored to be in a position to give back to his community. He considered himself lucky to be invited to go to Jamaica for two consecutive years to be a part of a dental mission. Dr. Cook found these trips to be extremely rewarding and eye opening.
At the time of graduation, Dr. Cook was awarded The Southern Academy of Prosthodontics Award, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Cook has worked throughout south Florida expanding his skills and knowledge working with some of Florida's top dentists. Over the years, Dr. Cook has found a particular interest in cosmetics, Invisalign, and oral surgery.
In his spare time Dr. Cook tries his best to stay active. Crossfit is his new interest currently. He also trains periodically for triathlons and other races throughout south florida. He has taken up rowing more recently and he really enjoys playing beach volleyball with friends. Traveling also happens to be one of his biggest passions. Whenever a free weekend arises, Dr. Cook is quick to book a trip either to see family or experience a new city.

My visit with Dr. Cook was for a consultation for invisalign, Although I wasn't a candidate for invisalign, I was pleased with my visit. Dr. Cook is extremely professional and straight forward. He was nice enough to recommend me to an orthodontist. It's a shame I got my cleaning with my dentist the day prior.. I'll probably schedule a cleaning six months from now at Dr. Cook's office..

Extremely nice office staff, and Dr. Cook was great. I'm so glad to have found a dentist I feel comfortable with in South Florida. Office location in downtown Ft. Lauderdale was also very convenient and had easy parking. I would highly recommend.

Excellent dentist. Nice office staff. He examined me and gave me several treatment options. All the costs were thoroughly explained and he made time in his schedule to begin work the same day. It was a long procedure but he did not rush. He called personally the day after my appointment to check on me. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

Dental work is never fun but this office is great, on time and clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I have already recommended Dr. Cook and Dr. Hernandez to family and friends.

My experience was so great. Dr. Cook, Diana (the hygienist), the office staff, even Dr. Hernandez (who stopped by for a moment to speak to my son about the Heat) were all wonderful. This visit, in particular, was important and special because I brought my son with me for the first time. And he's my world. Everyone made him feel right at home, and he said on the way home, "Dad, that wasa great dentist visit! They're all so nice." What could be better? From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Dr. Cook is not the regular dentist I see at this office. To be honest, I was very hesitant to be seen by him when my regular dentist was unavailable. I'm extremely happy to report that I am very satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Cook. For future visits I will choose to be seen by Dr. Cook.
