I did NOT like the "patient mill" set up at My Dentist. The Dentist was bouncing around to several patients for an extended period of time. This type of operation makes the Dentist lose focus on the individual. After my dental work and being attended by both the technician and the dentist I returned home and found string inside the gum area the day after the work. Neither had the focus to check and remove from the deep gum area. They did good work but not focused. I would as a patient prefer a start to finish approach with my work.

I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist as I had gone to my old one for over 25 years. Your office was professional, friendly, and most of all you didn't try to sell me on any unnessary treatments. I think you are great and highly recommend you to anyone who asks.

If going to the dentist can be a good experience, This was.
I had a root canal done. Dr. & staff was wonderful. They are one stop shop. So many dentist now days do only certain things but his office does most everything. Very happy I went there & I will go back.

I was very happy with the service from Dr Jacoby's office. From the time of making the appointment to getting in and then getting a call to come in even earlier, was shorter than other offices. I was very thankful that they did not try pushing thousands of dollars in suggested future work, at the end of the appointment. I've already recommended them to 2 other people.

Very nice, professional, I was very afraid at first and could not stop shaking and I was given a blanket. The dr explained everything that needed to be done. The rest of the staff were very kind as well. Thank you.

My visit was one of the most positive ones that I've ever had, for having to go to the dentist. Everyone was very friendly, and everything was explained thoroughly, I understood the procedures fairly well. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, I had a wonderful visit!

Excellent service and excellent dentist. I highly recommend My Dentist. I had ZERO problems and everything was done in a professional manner.
The work that I had done was cleanings, fillings and crowns. ALL WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
