I am terrified of the dentist. But this place made me feel comfortable. They were worried about causing me pain and extremely patient with me. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist and/or is scared of the dentist in general. I will be bringing my whole family here.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jordan Byrd. At my initial visit she diagnosed the source of my pain, came up with a treatment plan, and performed a much needed procedure all within the allotted visit time. The entire staff at Reading Dental Associates was welcoming, professional, and highly skilled. I am so glad I found this practice through ZocDoc!!

I came here for a dental emergency. I had a great experience in all aspects: very clean and organized office, helpful staff, high technology in equipment. Dr. Byrd made sure I understood what he would do and he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Byrd is fantastic. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, and all around a great dentist. The same is true of the hygienists, they have all been a pleasure to work with and very thorough. I've had all kinds of work done by him and his staff - regular cleanings, occasional fillings, a crown, a referral to an endodontist for a root canal, and a custom night guard. All great work. This dentist is a keeper.

Dr Byrd and her team are wonderful! They are incredibly polite, caring, and friendly. They make you feel totally comfortable, even if you don't like going to the dentist! I tell all my friends to go to Dr Byrd when they switch dentists.

Dr. Byrd is a great dentist! I had neglected my dental care for a number of years and was feeling very self conscious about my teeth. No worries! Dr. Byrd and her fantastic staff developed a care plan that fixed my broken teeth and put me on a positive track again. I am no longer self conscious about my teeth. Thank you Dr. Byrd and your amazing staff too!

Although going to a dentist was the most unpleasant experience for me, visiting Dr. Byrd's office has changed my perspective to the opposite. The atmosphere in the office created by the superb team of professionals is welcoming and relaxing.

Really recommend the whole Dental Group team. They've always been very professional and kind, and I feel my dental health has improved since I've been with them (many years). I appreciate their modern approach, with great online systems that make it easy to get an appointment, reminder texts, etc. Highly recommend them!

First of all, I'd just like to say I was very insecure about my smile. That was until Dr. Byrd recommended treatment for my gums, to give me a better and healthier smile. In all honesty I was very nervous about coming in for today's treatment. I came in and was handled with the proper Covid protocols then I was brought into the room by an assistant and she went over the treatment that was going to be done. Dr. Byrd came into the room and was very friendly, she then continued to reassure me about the procedure and informed me about the aftercare which helped calm my nerves. Once the procedure started I felt no pain and before I knew it, it was all over. Seeing my results literally brought tears to my eyes, tears of joy of course.

I honestly love coming to the dentist, especially since Dr. Byrd and staff are so amazing, kind and efficient. The office is modern and comfortable, very clean in appearance and nicely organized. They always have really great music palying. I was able to relax and watch Netflix while my teeth were getting cleaned. It was a great experience.

I've been attending the Dentist Group for 4+ years. The service is excellent and standard of care equally so. The dentist is always very patient, kind and gentle. I really appreciate the reminders, follow ups and post care support I receive.

Like most people, I don't enjoy visiting the dentist, but have found Dr. Byrd and her staff to be great. In the past 2 years I've probably been there 2-3 times, for cleanings as well as for a filling (or two). The front desk staff has consistently been friendly and helpful; the dental hygienists did a good job of cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Byrd was thorough when he comes in to do the exam. She did my fillings which went well. She also did the initial cleaning when I was a new patient, which I thought was a nice personal welcome to his practice. Her office is clean and the rooms are comfortable. He seems to care about his patients and the staff seem happy to be there, which is all I really care about in a dentist.

I recently had another exceptional visit to Dr. Byrd's office for my routine examination. From the ability to schedule online, wonderful receptionists and a convenient location, Dr. Byrd provides far and away the best experience I've had to date. She is extremely kind and professional, and always makes me feel welcome in her chair. Examinations are thorough and straight to the point but with a little good humor peppered in. She is very clear about any issues she finds, and always takes the time to answer my (stupid) questions. I have definitely found my family's dentist once and for all!

I hadn't been to dentist in 5+ years, I'm glad I decided to start going again and that I chose Dr. Byrd. After our initial patient exam we scheduled a few more sessions and dare I say, I'm Excited. Dr. Byrd does a phenomenal job both in technical aspects of his work as well as socially making you feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being nagged about bad habits, nor did I have that awkward experience where most dentists try to talk to you with three things in your mouth and you have no means to reply. Instead i felt like I was having focused work being done, and after we wrapped up he did a great job explaining what next steps should be taken and why. Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly assistants and a really nice, clean, modern office. The front office woman somehow remembers me and my name despite only seeing me every few months! I went there for a second opinion after being told by another that I needed 9 fillings (!). It turned out I in fact needed 2 fillings, so I felt like they weren't trying to scam me. My experiences there have always been pleasant. Would recommend.

Honestly the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had-- and unlike most, I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Their office is very modern, as you can see from their yelp pictures, and the staff is incredibly nice and personable! They make you feel right at home. I didn't catch their names, but if you're reading this-- thanks so much for an amazing experience! I am definitely making this my primary dentist.
