We started Natural Smiles with the mission of providing the Central Florida area with a gentle and understanding dental office. Our convenient evening and weekend hours allow for scheduling flexibility. That means that your day doesn't have to come to a grinding halt.
Dr. Jorge Mercado is originally from Puerto Rico where he earned his D.M.D. and later on completed his resindency program at the University of Rochester in New York at Strong Memorial Hospital.

He put me at ease right away (I am a nervous dental patient), and was very professional, imparted information in a way that I could understand, and has a great sense of humor (which I loved)! He was gentle in the procedure and I did not endure any pain.

One of the most excellent and professional experiences. Beginning with a the receptionist that welcome you as soon as in the office. Last, and not least a professional DMD that listen and cares about you. I most definitely will recommend Dr. Jorge Mercado and staff.

Going to the dentist has to rank just above going to the proctologist. Different sides or ends of the wonderful human body.
Neither is like going to a great opera or the Suprbowl.
But I must tell you, Dr. Mercado was so competent and nice I felt I was with the Luciano Pavoratti or the Tom Brady of dentistry!
