It was my first time there and I was welcomed with a smile. All the staff I had seen were all efficent, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the treatment plan and time schedules. I will definitely be continuing my treatment at Advanced Dentistry.

I have a dental issue with pain that I wanted treatment for, so I booked an appointment close to home a week prior.
The day of my appointment I received a call from the office three hours before my appointment time stating there was a conflict and they could not see me that day.

A little upset said for me to come in 15 minutes early I know you know to get paperwork done. I think I came in an hour early and I sat and saw at least 10 people walked in. Did not sit down over two minutes and went in the back one of the guys was a friend of mine and we were about to start catching up. He only sat down for 30 seconds. When 230 came around nothing 3 o’clock came nothing after I think 315 it was time to go. I figured I could just go pick up my little girl from school early. It was just a waste of my time. If you weren’t accepting new patient, she should’ve just told me I would’ve found another Office Mr a whole half a day at work for nothing but I’m pretty sure the dentist they still got paid would not recommend them to anyone.
