Dr. Kim was very efficient, friendly, and skilled. The office is peaceful and clean and the staff all seem quite nice. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be.. :-)

People, zocdoc may confirm and book your appointment, but you need to call this office and make sure they have you added on their end. They said they tried calling, but I could not find their number on any of my phones, or in missed call log. Got there on time, but had to wait an hour, cause they had not added me to their schedule. The doctor was kinda of iffy at first, but after seeing I had good insurance their attitude changed for the better., LOL He seemed very concerned for me after the appointment, like he really cared. I would recommend to others as long as they got good insurance or can show they can pay for the visit. This dentist must of gotten stiffed too many times. Or as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

Dr. Kim attended the New York University College of Dentistry for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Kim has continued his dental education as an honors graduate of a two-year orthodontic program from Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and through advanced surgical and prosthetic implant training. Dr. Kim completed The Medical College of Georgia/American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxi-Course, Comprehensive Implant Training Program. Dr. Kim continued his advanced training in implant dentistry by completing prosthetic and surgical implant training program, which includes advanced bone and soft tissue grafting, from Misch International Implant Institute.
When Dr. Kim is not treating patients, he enjoys carpentry, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

I chose this dentist office because it was closet to my home out of all the rest and I have medicaid at this time. I recieved a call from the receptionist to confirm appt the day prior. I told receptionist that I am coming with my son for a filling, not just a cleaning and X-rays. I will be missing a day of work and my son a day of school so we had no time to waste when we get there and my son has a bad toothache due to a cavity. When we got there the office looks very nice and kind of new, the staff is 95% asian with the exception of one spanish woman. The checkin process was quick being that there was no other patients in the building. The actual dentist Kim was very nice what threw me for a loop was when it was time for the dentist Kim to do the actual filing for my son or extraction because the cavity was kind of bad, the dentist told me that his receptionist said that medicaid does not cover fill ins or extractions. I thought this was a joke being that this dentist has been in business for ten years because I only chose this place because they claimed to have accepted medicaid insurance. So if you accept medicaid then you know what is covered and the procedures my son needed IS covered. The assistant to the dentist and the receptionist came in the room to tell me again that my son could nit get any work done because his insurance declined it and that they went online and called medicaid. I asked them what number had they dialed and what website showed that MY son had been the lucky winner for the day to be declined by medicaid. the receptionist spoke in her chinese or asian language straight to the dentist, the dentist did instruct her to talk to me in english. She only told me that she would go to the front to print out the declining information. I called medicaid in front of the dentist who gave me the number that the receptionist called. When I called medicaid they told me my son is eligible for fill ins, extractions, cleaning and X-rays because he is under the age of 21 years old (facts I already knew) I relayed the facts to the dentist and his team. He claimed to not know why or how the receptionist had the wrong information. The incompetent receptionist never came back with the print out she claimed denied my son service. The dentist then proceeded to tell me he would not fill my sons cavity but put medicine in the cavity and if it bothers my son the next day to return him to the office for the actual fill in. He then said if the temporary fix does work, come back in a month. I would never go back there. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND I WAS AND STILL AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED.

Went in to fix one tooth and a cleaning. Came out with nothing fixed and no cleaning. They said another patient came in so he didn't have time that we needed to come back. It made no sense. Front ladies are nice. This place is a joke!!!

Although I was a few minutes late, the staff was warm and courteous. I met with Dr. Jun, she was soft spoken, yet very detailed. She explained what my options are in order to save my tooth. I went from needing a few cavities filled last year to borderline periodontal disease, needing 3 cavities filled, a deep cleaning and 3 extractions. I refuse to believe this without pain, bleeding or infection. I was refused a cleaning due to so called inflamed gums. Highly disappointed and upset I have to see another dentist for a second opinion and still get a routine cleaning never been so disappointed at a dentist appointment. My one free exam a yr has been used and my original complaint of tmj was barely addressed yet alone resolved.

Very friendly and informative office personnel. Hygenist explained dental concerns and preventative care, Dr.Kim was willing and able to answer all of my questions regarding future procedures, and the prices of these procudres were given upfront with no pressure to schedule an appointment.

Very clean office and the receptionist was nice and helpful. They did a great job cleaning my teeth, however the head dentist was very short and didn't provide additional information regarding the questions I had about my teeth.

Korean was freely spoken between all staff which was off putting to me. Dr. Kim was not nearly as gentle as I would have wanted him to be with my daughter

I really enjoyed my visit to Ye Clinic. The office is really nice, and the staff is all very friendly. Don't be intimidated by the fact that it is a Korean practice (if you're a whitey like me), everyone spoke very clear, fluent English. My dental hygienist was the best I've ever had, and Dr. Kim was great as well.

My experience was Superb!! The staff is very friendly! The office is bright and very clean. My son's appointment was at 4:45. We arrived at 4:38. They took him to the back at 4:50. They provide excellent service!!

I am extremely satisfied with my visit Dr. Kim's office. It has taken me a while to decide whether I wanted to get braces or not. After my first visit with a different ortho I wad almost discouraged due to all of the "extra" fees. Everyone was amazing, staff was super sweet.

DR KIM WAS VERY DIRECT AND VERY POLITE AND GOOD TO MY CHILDREN WHO SAW HIM. HE MADE MY 11 YR OLD DAUGHTER FEEL COMFORTABLE EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS AFRAID. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I ALSO LIKED HIS OFFICE. IT WAS CLEAN.
