She was good, swift, polite. She had an interesting drawl that I thought from a room away was a patient on laughing gas or something, but it turned out to just be the way she talked. The fact that I didn't give her full ratings is probably my fault - I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and it kind of hurt. I'm not well experienced enough to know whether the discomfort was due to my negligence or her skill - but she seemed pretty adept so it's probably the former.
