Dr. Thomas is very professional and very caring. She always has time for her patients. Dr. Thomas will even call you if she is running behind rather than to have you wait until she is available. There is no wait when you have an appointment.
One day I didn't show up for my appointment Dr. Thomas wasn't upset because I missed the appointment she was so worried that something had happen to me. Dr. Thomas had a staff member to call me until she located me to make certain that I was ok (I had fallen the evening before and landed in the hospital).
She chose the best type of treatment that suited my dental needs.

Dr. Thomas and the staff at Neibauer Dental are consummate professionals. I have been a patient at the practice several years and can count on a consistent, on time and friendly experience. Dr. Thomas is caring, knowledgeable, warm and personable as are all of the staff. They are serious about oral care and hygiene as well as how it relates to one's total health and well being. I love going to the dentist, once we take care of my dental needs we have a few moments to talk, catch up and share a laugh. I highly recommend this dental practice. The office has convenient, late evening and weekend hours. The staff is comprised of a team of professionals who get along very well and truly care about their patients. You also will NEVER be left waiting in the waiting room - they honor appointment times.

Dr. Thomas has been our dentist a few years now and the only dentist my now 7 year old has ever had. She is professional, warm and extremely knowledgeable. After surgery, she calls the day after to check on you. It is because of Dr. Thomas that my daughter wants to be a dentist and has taken interest in having all dental themed toys on the market. She even has monogrammed scrubs and a lab coat like Dr. Thomas who graciously entertains my daughter's many dental health questions. Dr. Thomas is a great role model and dentist! We LOVE Neibauer in Bowie!

The visit, like all others, was friendly and professional. My daughter was getting her invisalign checked. The staff greeted us promptly and were seen within 5 min of arrival, The doctor praised Kayleigh for her diligence and compliance after checking her bite. We always feel like family when we come.
