I never had to wait at the office. Dr. Dison is very quick but thorough and will listen to your concerns. Also, VERY GENTLE with the cleaning and injections. Highly Recommend!

I had a wonderful visit Dr. Julia Dison. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of issues:
1. I scheduled my appointment via ZocDoc and received confirmation, a reminder, etc. When I arrived, my appointment was not on their calendar. The receptionist kindly took my insurance information, called to verify, collecting co-pay information and more. I did have to complete the paper forms even though I completed them online.
2. I never did receive a phone call from the office beforehand, but I honestly was too busy to notice. I had received confirmation from ZocDoc and didn't think twice. The receptionist noted that she had tried calling me but spoke with a man. She read back my phone number and it was correct.
3. I thought I was going for a dental cleaning, but it was merely a consultation. Now I have additional appointments for a cleaning, orthodontic consultation and a cavity filling. These all needed to happen, but I wasn't prepared to return for a cleaning.
But, like I said, everything was great. Dr. Dison was very friendly and I'm happy to have found a good dentist thanks to other ZocDoc users.

Dr. Dison began her journey 15 years ago in Ukraine where she entered dental program in Kharkov State University and later on continued her education at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry, in Gainesville. After an outstanding success of her education, she began practicing in South Florida in 2004. Dr. Dison is a member of Triple-Winn Study Club where she attends numerous educational seminars to perfect her knowledge to further expand in her dental skills. Dr. Dison also is an active member of American Dental Association and South Florida Dental Association. With great achievement she also completed ITI implant congress symposium in 2010. Dr. Dison’s practice has brought back beautiful smiles to a great multitude of people and enhanced personal lives of her patients. Throughout her career, she delivered an outstanding level of quality in dentistry, matching passion and determination to meet satisfaction to exceed the expectations of each and every patient.

My visit to Dr. Julia Dison's office was incredible. The staff is professional and helpful. The doctor does an outstanding job and treats me with great care. I enjoy coming to the office and feel that the entire staff cares about me and my health.
