I thought the staff was very polite and I liked the refreshments. I had thought it was very thoughtful and the tv was a rather nice touch. Distracted me from the seemingly dire feel of appointment.

I have medical issues that make dental work a challenge for me. So far all my visits have been much better than expected. The entire office staff is professional and compassionate.
They listened! And then did everything in their power to make my visits as comfortable as possible!
I would highly recommend Dr Shalit and her staff!!!

Dr. Julia Shalit is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dental Surgery, where she received her degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. Dr. Shalit did research for the Oral Health Institute on the early detection of cavities with the use of dental laser technology.
Dr. Shalit has completed post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry, including the placement of porcelain veneers. She also received training in the use of Invisalign invisible braces, for which she is a preferred provider, and in use of laser dentistry to detect and treat tooth decay and perform gum surgery.
Dr. Shalit and her husband, Felix, have one child, Alec. Dr. Shalit enjoys playing the piano, painting, and dancing.

I have been very pleased with all aspects of Zen Dentistry. They are committed to providing the very best skills and state of the art office to ensure the best dental care and results available. I could not recommend Dr. Julia any higher. She has provided preventive care, corrective care, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. Each of the results out performed the expectation.

Doctor Shalit is always thorough, professional, and friendly. Equally important, I trust the technicians that I see. I'm in the middle of Invisalign treatment and see them regularly. I moved three hours away and almost had my case transferred, but knowing that I trust the people caring for was more important than convenience!

Dr. Julia Shalit is an excellent dentist, who is dedicated to providing quality treatment in a quick and painless fashion. She and her staff create a friendly and personal environment that makes those dreaded appointments much more pleasant. Val and Marcy are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ryan was with me every step if the way through my treatment plan. My hygienist, Kristin, claimed ownership of me after my first visit, and offers a personal connection, in addition to her experience with my oral-history.
