Dr. Jong grew up in New York City. She received her Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, she finished a hospital residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and she completed her specialty training at the University of Connecticut, mainly based at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
A practicing pediatric dentist for more than 20 years, Dr. Jong is grateful to be a part of a child’s life and watch each one grow to be the best version of who they want to become. Her mission is to treat each patient for their individual needs while delivering the best possible care.
Dr. Jong is board certified in pediatric dentistry. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and the New Jersey Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jong lives in Northern New Jersey and speaks Korean and French. She feels blessed to have her grandmother, parents, brother, other family members, and friends as a part of her life. Dr. Jong enjoys running in the park, practicing yoga, reading, music (especially jazz, new wave, and classical), epicurean delights, and traveling.
