Wow I think I found myself a new dentist!! Had my first visit and the staff there was so friendly. The dentist and hygienist work together in harmony! My hygienist was so thorough and used the latest technology on me. Jewel, is the best, she was so comforting, she explain the entire process in every step of the way so I can feel comfortable and Dr. Philips, is so gentle and upfront and told me what I needed! This place definitely deserve a 5 star and more, plus, this office is super clean! Definitely looking forward on coming back!

When you think of doctors it is in terms of bedside manners, but with dentists we speak of their dental chair manners. Dr. J. Phillipp, known as Dr. Phillipp, is a dentist with dental chair manners in spades. Going to the dentist has never been my cup of tea, but this office makes you feel right at home and relieves any anxiety or fear. Unlike many dental offices, if you don't have insurance you are offered reduced prices which is comforting when you don't have much money. The dental office staff is top notch in customer service department-very friendly. The rooms are clean, which leads you to believe they keep up with cleaning the equipment too. Overall, I have no problem referring him to others. If you have to go to the dentist, you might as well go to one you can be completely comfortable with.

Dr. Justin Philipp grew up in Oshkosh, WI. He currently resides in Chandler, AZ with his wife Jessica, son Aiden, and daughters, Alyssa and Abigale.
He graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. in 2004 (DMD). He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 2005 at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. This is the highest level of training available in cosmetic and implant dentistry. This advanced training, along with continuing education classes, and his dedication to helping patients has enabled Dr. Philipp to win multiple awards for clinical excellence, such as, the “Top Doc”, “East Valley’s Favorite Dentist,” and many others. J. Philipp Centers for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry have also been awarded multiple awards for outstanding customer service.
His philosophy is to take the time to listen to his patients’ needs and treat them as he would his own family. Through continuing education and the newest technologies, he provides the highest quality, cheerful, gentle dentistry for the whole family. Dr. Philipp spends many hours every year in continuing education classes to remain current in the latest advancements in the profession to incorporate into his practice.

Dr. Philipp is very professional and quite thorough is in examination. His years of experience and explanation of what is to be done put me at ease. The office is clean and comfortable. Denise, who cleaned my teeth was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Dental assistant/hygienist Jewel was also very good at her job addressing my concerns. The billing department explained all costs and exactly what they were for. The cost of my dental work was much better than the previous two dentists I had seen about it. Overall, I highly recommend this dentist. Prompt, professional, clean, and courteous.

Unlike many other medical related offices they don't make you wait forever in the waiting room! Within a few minutes of checking in they get you in a dental chair. Yes they see several patients at once but I have never been in a dental office that didn't- it is called efficiency. Dr Philipp has been our family dentist going on 4 years with no problems with this practice. They are totally up front with all work to be preformed.

Got in right away and was able to take care of the problem and get everything squared away. Dr. Philipp was very nice and my dental assistant Jewel made me feel at ease with everything and genuinely cared about patients. Not a big fan of dental offices in general but this one was simple, to the point and got the job done. Thanks Dr. Philipp and Jewel!
