I was seen exactly on time. That is a first ever for a dentist for me. Facilities are nice professional clean. The staff is professional, attentive and extremely cordial. Talking just a few moments to ask about my day and notjust blow past the answers like they were checking it off of their required patient greeting. If I had anything less than stellar to say would be how they handle what would be the patient responsibility after your insurance. They discussed my insurance fully. Made me aware of my percentage and what the insurance would pay. But I didn't feel that I was entering into procedures knowing what it would be exactly. I've had other offices produce a treatment plan with all cost laid out. Now in their defense, I am waiting on my insurance for prior approval for root canals. And we did mid way they deviate from the intended procedures midway because of me. I need lots of work and she jumped into another procedure due to complaints from here that I should have made prior. But that part aside I didn't fully know what that cavatie was going to be after insurance. Granted it ain't much. And this is really just being nit picky. But overall. Should is good. Very good. Gentle and takes a real concern as to your comfort during the procedure. That I like. I don't like feeling the doctor's frustration because his injection didn't take hold like he thought it should've. She wants to know my opinion. And that's how it should be. Great place. I recommend them highly. I'll update it after my crowns in a month
