I had my first appointment with Dr. Pandya yesterday and she is a really lovely person. She is intelligent, non-judgmental, friendly, and incredibly competent. I also spent nearly the entire appointment with Dr. Pandya which was a pleasant surprise as I am used to getting passed off to techs/hygienists. She was able to quickly conclude as to what was causing my pain and devise a plan to remedy it (which includes a follow up appointment that I am actually looking forward to). She is very kind to her staff who are also wonderful and friendly – not something you see all the time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in the Southern CT/Stamford area.

I have been to at least 3 different dentists before,but loved Dr. Pandya. Her work was meticulous,took time to explain future plan of care clearly,with pros and cons.She was attentive to my needs,was not multitasking while treating me. In 1 word- excellent.

Dr. Pandya is thoughtful and caring, as are her staff. She performed the cleaning herself (as opposed to other dentists' offices I've been to, where the dentist just takes a passing glance at x-rays and only spends a couple of minutes with each patient). She took time to speak with me and make detailed recommendations. The cleaning and x-ray process were also relatively pain-free, which is saying a lot because I had not been for a cleaning in quite awhile. I would absolutely recommend her to others. They are also taking lots of measures to protect patients (and themselves) against COVID-19.

I was seen exactly on time. That is a first ever for a dentist for me. Facilities are nice professional clean. The staff is professional, attentive and extremely cordial. Talking just a few moments to ask about my day and not just blow past the answers like they were checking it off of their required patient greeting. If I had anything less than stellar to say would be how they handle what would be the patient responsibility after your insurance. They discussed my insurance fully. Made me aware of my percentage and what the insurance would pay. But I didn't feel that I was entering into procedures knowing what it would be exactly. I've had other offices produce a treatment plan with all cost laid out. Now in their defense, I am waiting on my insurance for prior approval for root canals. And we did mid way they deviate from the intended procedures midway because of me. I need lots of work and she jumped into another procedure due to complaints from here that I should have made prior. But that part aside I didn't fully know what that cavatie was going to be after insurance. Granted it ain't much. And this is really just being nit picky. But overall. Should is good. Very good. Gentle and takes a real concern as to your comfort during the procedure. That I like. I don't like feeling the doctor's frustration because his injection didn't take hold like he thought it should've. She wants to know my opinion. And that's how it should be. Great place. I recommend them highly. I'll update it after my crowns in a month
