Dr Waterman was warm, answered all questions and was very clear in his review of my exam and his recommendations without pushing for another immediate appointment, giving me time to consider what to do.
I was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment.

The most wonderful Dr. Waterman I was not able to keep going to this dentist because of my insurance. I was able to meet the doctor and realize how wonderful his mannerism is. He had a very exceptional way of caring what happens to a person. His office personnel were just the same. My bad. Luck because of insurance I can’t stay with this wonderful crew.

Bedside manner incredibly warm and inviting. They use technology to help inform long term care decisions as a compliment to Dr's. observations and advice.
The office wasn't the most up to date, in a strip mall type place. A candle was being warmed and felt like it was covering up a smell. Made my sensitive nose act up!

There was NO up selling. I came in for a concern, doc listened to my concern and addressed the issue. It wasn't like some other dentist when they tell you your mouth is about to fall off your face, nothing like that!

Absolutely amazing dentist experience! Staff was all extremely nice and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and felt comfortable which was needed after a bad experience from a previous dentist years ago and I haven't been back to a dentist. This was the right choice the staff was more my type being younger but very experienced and professional. Appreciate everyone there!
