The staff was friendly and helpful, and although I forgot my dental card they sorted me out within five minutes! Furthermore, as someone with PTSD, doctor's offices can be incredibly stressful for me. But the doctor and her staff immediately made me feel at home. They talked to me about each step of the appointment and I was the most relaxed in a medical setting that I have been in years. I was seen right away and the entire process was seamless. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone!

Noise free drills, painless laser dentistry and The Wand novocaine delivery system are just a few of the high tech innovations we use to make dentistry a walk in the park! Prevention of tooth decay and gum disease are crucial, as are having dental work, if necessary, that is top quality and lasts for years. Our typical patient will learn how to prevent dental problems from occurring and will only need to see us twice a year for a check up and cleaning. Dr. Mason specializes in both General and Cosmetic Dentistry. She is also highly experienced in working with patients who dread going to the dentist by performing pain free procedures. Dr. Mason's goal is to provide the most gentle, finest quality dental experience possible for all of her patients.
Dr. Mason graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School in the top 1% of her class. She completed her general practice residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. She lectures at dental meetings on cosmetic dentistry. She has been in private practice for over twenty years. Dr. Mason has been profiled in various dental publications. We invite you to see the In the Media and Smile Gallery sections of our website. I was very nervous about going to see a dentist during The Pandemic. Dr. Mason and her staff are all vaccinated and The office was taking every precaution to make me feel safe. this was such a relief as I needed a broken tooth fixed. I will definitely be back for a cleaning.

I felt very safe at this office. They are taking many precautions against Covid. I liked that there were no patients in the waiting area and I was brought into a room as soon as I arrived. My cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Mason very professional.

I am terrified of the dentist. A simple cleaning leaves me shaking and sweat-soaked. I know I've needed a few specific procedures done for a while, but have had a hard time mustering up the courage to go. My experience so far at Dr. Mason's office has been excellent at every step of the way. Reception was excellent, the hygienist was gentle and kind, and the doctor's bedside manner is self-assured and calming. I have a few more appointments here, and I'm still terrified. But I feel like I'm in great hands.

I have been going to Dr Mason for several years. She has always been very professional, caring and very thorough. I finally let her replace a crown that had been done years ago by another dentist and what a difference! The fit is perfect, it is beautiful and most important, I no longer notice it in my mouth. She has very good hands very stable and very gentle.
I got a numbing injection, and I’m not fond of needles, and I didn’t feel a thing.
For me it’s a big thing.
Anyway great dentist, definitely will be my only one.

My experience here was very strange. The second I mentioned that I was in the market for orthodontia work both the dentist and the hygienist would not give up on trying to get me to go to this office. Dr.Mason walked in and told me the only thing that would work in my mouth are veneers and then spoke down to me when I said I didn’t think that was something I was interested in. She had an incredibly stuck up demeanor- to the point where she started naming renown orthodontists in the city? (I’m sorry but who besides other dentists orthodontists cares about this.) I don’t think I will be returning.

I'm a new patient who typically avoids going to the dentist for cleanings, so I really appreciated that everyone was so friendly, competent, and efficient (while still being thorough). I was in a time crunch before the end of the year, and they were super flexible and understanding about getting my follow-up in while I was still in their office. Definitely would recommend!

Dr Mason is incredible! I have been to several of the top dentists in NYC and Dr Mason was far superior. She is incredibly skilled actually gifted in her field. I had complex work done. It was painless and perfect. Unlike with other dentists where I have to go back countless times for adjustments, Dr Mason did her work flawlessly. She is also trustworthy and her calm manner makes for a relaxing experience - it is clear you are in good hands from minute one. Her non-nonsense was so appreciated - the first dentist that didnt try to sell me a cosmetic service or a fancier more expensive version of what I needed. So refreshing and such a relief to have her as a reliable resource for my dental care. I am not one to rave and I highly recommend her. I only wish all my doctors were this competent, sincere and fairly priced. Her staff are great too and her offices are lovely. I give her a 12 out of 10.

Dr. Mason was the first dentist that actually took the time to explain and help me understand why it is important for my bite to be corrected before she could fix my smile. All the frustration and pain I have had throughout the years was because no one fixed my bite which was actually the the root of my problems. She is a master of her craft. Thank you Dr. Mason I finally have the amazing smile I have always wanted.

Dr. Mason and her staff are extremely professional, competent and honest. I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal and came to Dr. Mason for a second opinion. She did a small procedure on my tooth and the pain I was having resolved over the next few days. Needless to say, the root canal was never needed.
I subsequently came to the office for a routine cleaning and check up. The hygienist did an amazing job. She was thorough and taught me what I needed to do at home to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

This was a pretty awful experience. I went in to get one crown fixed, Dr. Mason found out I was covered by two insurances, and pressured me to get veneers on all of my front teeth (my teeth don't look funny at all).
She pressured me so much that I started crying. She was relentless and I will never go back. She should be ashamed of herself.
