Furthering her education, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1998 and has worked in private practice since. In September of 2007, Dr.Hicks opened Stafford Family Dental Care. Dr.Hicks, her husband, and four children are proud to have made Stafford their home. Dr.Hicks has a caring and conservative approach to dentistry and treats her patients like family. She has a gentle touch and a calming, friendly nature. I had a very bad experience once and ever since then have had dental anxiety. I no longer experience those feelings due to the care and kindness I have received in the past 5 years.
