Dr. Katie Hareid was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University earning a B.S in Microbiology. In 2007 she graduate with honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). After she graduated from dental school, Dr. Hareid went on to complete a one year general practice residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, which focused on hospital dentistry and treating special needs patients.
Dr. Hareid is up to date on state of the art techniques and treatment methods. She takes great pride in continuing her education and is constantly learning so she can stay on top the newest developments in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Hareid takes the time needed to explain procedures to her patients, and wants to make sure that her patients are comfortable and confident in the care they receive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her two dogs, Lucky and Lulu. Her hobbies include running, hiking, movies and baking.
