I love Dr. Kathy. This was my first visit and she made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never had a Dentist to give me a detailed explanation about the condition of my teeth and how to go about correcting it. I will definitely be going back for follow up!!!

Dr. Kathy Tantuco has spent her career providing patients with high quality dental care. She continually seeks to learn new procedures and advance her education. Dr. Tantuco is actively committed to providing her patients with the best possible Atlanta dental care.
Dr. Kathy Tantuco graduated with honors from the University of Toronto, Canada, where she earned a Bachelor of Science. During her undergraduate career, Dr. Tantuco received the prestigious Richard Ivey Scholarship and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.
In 2003, Dr. Tantuco earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She went on to complete an intense implant training program at New York University and later became Invisalign certified.
Dr. Tantuco is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. When Dr. Tantuco is not at Vernon Woods Dental Care Associates or advancing her dental education, she enjoys traveling and exploring the city of Atlanta.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at this facility. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I only waited a few minutes before being called back to see Dr. Tantuco. She was very informative and helpful. I truly believe that she had a genuine concern about my overall oral health .

I was a new patient, and she spent time to explain my dental issues and what I need to do to correct them. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain things very well. All the staff was friendly and pleasant and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Kathy was excellent. Wait times were minimal. The outside of the building doesn't seem like much but the inside is homey and comfortable. I have no complaints and would recommend this practice.

I was a new patient and admittedly had not been to a Dentist in many years. Dr Tantuco made me feel very welcomed and calm as she explained all the new tools and technology that had passed me by in the years without making me feel belittled. Her staff was pleasant, attentive and personable from the hygienist to the front office manager. Not only do I feel like I've found my dentist for many years to come I would recommend her to anyone looking for services in the area.

Very pleasant. Tantuco and hygienist were very gracious and patiently walked me through proper flossing and tooth care basics without making my feel foolish for not knowing exactly. Office is bright, nice big windows, very comfy. I really look forward to my next visit. Well worth the 40-minute drive. This will be my family dentist as long as possible.
