I'm not sure why this place is rated so highly. The receptionist was great, but I waited a while and then when I was seen the dentist seemed to rush through the cleaning with little regard for my comfort.

Immediately coming in the office I was greeted and treated very kindly. After filling out my patient info I was taken to the my dentist almost immediately. During my appointment I received a filling and during the drilling process I felt a lot of discomfort the further down she drilled. I'm not sure if I was supposed to feel it since I was given a shot to the numb area.

Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Spent more time with the dental assistant, who was just as helpful and knowledgable.
Hard to get a follow up appointment so I won't be going back for a month, when they recommended I come back in 2 weeks.

Dr. Schirmer is a great dentist and very nice, but Dental 365 is the worst. Their customer service is astonishingly poor. I had a crown put in and it fell out 6 times in the 7 months that I had it. Their front desk personnel is horrible.

The Dr was great. No complaints. This location is awesome. I sat down inside of the patient's room and was provided a Roku remote control to watch something on Netflix. This is very soothing and distracting you if do not like going to the dentist. I watched a movie while I waited for the Dr and during my cleaning. Love it. Everyone was very kind and compassionate and informative. This was my first time at Dental365 and will not be my last.

The staff at the office was very friendly, Dr. Wilson (formerly Schirmer) could't be warmer, and the office is very clean and nice. I had to wait a bit to be seen, but I'll definitely stick with this doctor, and would strongly recommend her.

I had a very short wait time and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. The office was clean and modern looking. I'm lucky to have found a great place so close to home and the appointment times were very convenient.

20 minute wait. At least 15-20 X-Rays, but very thorough, wish I had known what to expect ahead of time (slightly uncomfortable). Quick cleaning. I would say perhaps decline the TV option since it can be distracting - case in point, when you end up randomly choosing a movie that you wish you hadn't and realize that when its too late..

Staff were lovely, so friendly and made sure I was comfortable, even offering netflix/pandora to keep me entertained while they ran my insurance details and in between services. Dr. Schirmer (now Wilson) explained each procedure thoroughly and clearly. Offices were new, clean and v modern. Highly recommended!

The only negative feedback I have is that between taking the xrays and the actual cleaning with the doctor took about 20-30minutes. Otherwise, the doctor and assistant were EXCELLENT, I loved it!

I'm a bit frustrated -- I made my appointment with Dr. Schirmer but didn't actually meet with her!
I was seen right away (despite being a few minutes late). In the first room in which I seated, the chair didn't work. The doctor and the nurse spent several minutes trying to figure out the mechanics of the chair (water hook up) with equipment resting in my mouth. I was eventually moved to another room -- Once again there was an uncomfortable wait time while the dentist and the assistant turned on and tested the machine.
The x-rays were very uncomfortable. Also, the dentist and assistant didn't communicate properly and I had to go through two rounds.

Clear choice dental is a newer office and they are still working out their workflow. That being said, staff were very friendly and informative, just slightly rushed. Will probably return again.
