The visit was amazing. I had a wisdom tooth and cavity issue at 8am. Scheduled an appointment for 10am and was all finished by 11. Although I have to be referred to an oral surgeon for an extraction I look forward to coming back in 6 months for my cleaning. The staff from the front desk to the dental assistants and the dentist are all amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place. Waiting rooms, procedure room, and bathrooms are all lovely. It’s a great atmosphere here.

Seriously one of the best dentists visits I’ve had...maybe ever...and I was getting my wisdom tooth pulled!! Dr Robert was hilarious and super friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I don’t know why you’d go anywhere else!!

The doctor was friendly in the New York way that I appreciate, the first thing he did was make fun of my excuse for not having been to the dentist in too long. His examination and diagnosis was obviously top notch and he recognized a problem I had wondered about within seconds of looking at my teeth. I was looking for a regular dentist in my area and I'm happy to have found one!

The x-rays and cleaning were carried out by friendly and professional staff, but when the dentist and assistant were putting in fillings they were talking to each other and other staff who kept coming in and out of the office. The assistant even said at one point that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. After the filling I was feeling light headed (which I had told the doctor) but no one seemed to notice or care. I got a call after I left the office that I hadn't paid for some X-rays even though I had asked not to have any X-rays that were not covered by my insurance. Eventually they dropped the charge, but it was very frustrating and confusing because I had had a very clear conversation about which X-rays to do. It seems like it's a new practice that is going through some growing pains, but a little more focus on the patients would go a long way.

The entire staff is very approachable,making me feel comfortable every time I walked through the door.The assistants always made sure I was relaxed before procedures and answered any questions that I had. The front desk is always very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. The doctor himself seems very caring and performs my procedures effortlessly and with ease. Overall,a great office and great individuals.
