I had a wonderful conversation with the hygienist in between my cleaning and really felt at home at this office. Towards the end of the visit, when I spoke to Dr. Norton, we discussed my fillings and whether it made sense to upgrade them. There was no pressure or feeling of up selling, it all felt like he just wanted to provide his guidance and experience. So glad I found this dentist!!

Dr. Norton graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 2000. Dr. Norton’s areas of practice include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Root Canal Therapy and Oral Surgery. He practiced in Portland Oregon for 8 years before he and his wife decided it was time to dry off and get out of the rain and relocated their family to Gilbert in 2008. Dr. Norton and his wife Kelly have four daughters, and they “enjoy” spending most of their time making sure that their girls make it to and from a busy schedule of music lessons and school activities. Dr. Norton also enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, fly-fishing, and hanging out with his golden retriever “Stiggy”.

The visit was great. I was seen shortly after I finished my paper work that needed to be done. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They make sure you are taken care of and are comfortable. Best service I have received at a dentist office.

Nice office. The dental assistants were very friendly and supportive. Dr. Norton is professional and easy going. While the procedure I underwent was unpleasant, I felt like I was in good hands. It is so important to feel comfortable, relaxed and reassured when seeing a dentist. You can watch something on Netflix during your procedure. Very cool.

Dr. Norton; wow...the best dentist ever; a great human being, and a very nice man. That's the ingredient for which a great doctor is made of. I had a broken filling and it was replaced with a crown; didn't hurt one bit. I would never have thought going to a dentist would be so pleasant. His staff deserves a shout out too - thank you ladies! It was a pleasure. Dr. Norton is a great blessing to his profession. I can't give enough hallelujahs for this mankind. The wait time was a little long, but that is due to Dr. Norton taking the time to ensure his patients are comfortable and well informed. Everyone I spoke with is very kind and a pleasure to be around. I actually look forward to my next visit! Which is saying alot given my long standing fear of the dentist!

Dr. Payne helped a lot! Overcame my fears that I had when I was 13yrs old. Properly got X-ray done and have a dental plan that I look very strongly forward to. I am no longer in fear of the Dentist thanks to Dr. Payne.

I had been dealing with a toothache from a deep cavity filling for months and struggled to get in to my dentists office and get it fixed for about the same amount of time. Finally the pain got so bad one night it actually woke me up so that day I made an appointment for 9am that morning. They got me in super fast and the entire staff was very friendly. They decided that a root canal would have to be done on the tooth and offered to do it that same visit. Dr. Norton was super quick and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and got rid of the toothache immediately. I would highly recommend this office to absolutely anyone

My consultation was excellent and he was in the business of only taking care of necessary operations instead of selling unnecessary services. The x-ray process was a breeze and his assistant was extremely friendly and patient. The doctor took the time to show me what issues I have with my teeth and the options that are available. Great experience!

The staff was fantastic....extremely friendly and informative. The Dr. thoroughly explained all of my options. I'm very, very glad to have read Dr. Norton's great reviews online and that the quick and easy zocdoc appointment was an option. I visited during my lunch break and while the visit took longer than anticipated, I did appreciate the explanation of everything. I even recommended Dr. Norton to a colleague when I arrived back at work.

Very nice Dentist and staff! Dr. Norton didn't make me feel uncomfortable or judged when discussing my dental needs and treatment options. He also has expanded his training to include doing certain types of oral surgeries and cosmetic dentistry, so you can have more of a "one stop shop" rather than having to find several different specialists for your oral care.
