Danielle, the Office Administrator's years of experience and expertise are immediately noticeable. She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly and helpful. Dental Hygienist, Rhonda, is wonderful. She is welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. She provides high-quality dental cleaning, patient education, and resources. She goes beyond expectations to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Shou is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and talented, which was reflected in his conversations with his staff. He asks questions about his patients' dental history, which is a critical part of diagnosing. My one complaint may have been due to the situation. He seemed rushed, stressed, and failed to communicate his findings and/or recommendations with me. I overheard most of it as he discussed my visit with Rhonda. I left the office with sparkling teeth, but with no knowledge regarding his recommendations or next steps for a painful cavity. Considering the situation (they were incredibly busy), I would highly recommend Dr. Shou and his staff's dental services. The office is immaculate, has modern equipment, and the overall visit was pleasant.

Dr. Shou has been practicing all phases of general dentistry since 1992 when he graduated from Loma Linda University in California. Dr. Shou also incorporates orthodontics as part of his overall care for many of his adult and child patients. Dr. Shou and his family moved to the Northwest in 2000 from Libby, Montana, where he owned a dental practice for eight years. Dr. Shou volunteers with the Donated Dental Program. In his spare time, Dr. Shou enjoys missionary work, practicing dentistry in remote areas and outdoor activities.
