Dr. Kenneth is a doctor that is patient enough to listen to patient's need, expectations, and even financial issues. I had bad experience of an orthodontist who was trying to sell me different types braces just like a businessman, without any ethical manner as a professional. And this is definitely not the case with Dr. Kenneth. He's also funny, which is a huge plus. I'll get my braces on next month. I am very excited about it and will leave more feedbacks afterwards!

Dr. Kenneth is a fun person to interact with, he made jokes on my handwritings and everything. He would keep you laughing but be careful that he would be too into his jokes that your appointment would take longer than you expect. Aside of delightful personality, he is definitely professional and responsible to patients. He would judge my situation based on my personal need and the actual condition, rather than just trying to exaggerate the situation and sell me different kinds of braces, which some of orthodontists do.
