So I booked an appointment. Replied to emails, got text notifications, submitted all my insurance information...and then got a text that asked me to call the office. I did...was greeted by an AI with no directory for appointment scheduling. Eventually I navigated the AI menu and left a voicemail that explained I was instructed to contact the office. (Keep in mind I have received 4 notifications my appointment was confirmed via text and email). Made the voicemail very clear that it was about an appointment, gave the date, time, name, and the fact I was instructed to call and gave a callback number.
I arrive on time for my appointment...and was told I did not have one.
I cannot tell you how annoying it is to do ALL the administrative legwork to get an appointment, be told I have an appointment, get texts and emails about my appointment from that office, call at their request, be ignored, then be told I don't have an appointment.
