I had a very pleasant experience. I saw Dr. El Rafie for a routine check. He is very calm and thourough and explained everything to me. He took a lot of time and made me feel good and NOT anxious all the time. Lisa was great as well, friendly and very caring. There was no waiting time, very efficient. Also everything was very clean. Overall I had a very good experience and would highly recommend Dr Khaled El Rafie.

Oh boy! Where do I start? He's wonderful...if you get in there early, he'll actually see you early. Very detail-oriented and organized. His staff is amazing and friendly, as well. Extremely approachable and super-accessible...can't ask for anything more!

I had a crown preparation, which is a long procedure and can be uncomfortable. Dr. El Rafie numbed my gum so I didn't feel a thing and he and his assistant worked together smoothly. As I write this, my anesthetic has worn off and I feel fine. I look forward to having him insert the crown next time.

Explained everything he was doing and why, gave suggestions but I did not feel pushed. I came in a little leery due to a bad experience with a dentist who pushed me into something unnecessary and expensive when I was younger and less assertive, but Dr. El Rafie made me feel at ease and confident that I was being treated well and fairly. Would highly recommend.

I have a fear of Dentist I've been going for my cleanings every 6 months but haven't had a cavity in over 30 years.
3 weeks ago I thought I lost a filling and made an appointment to see Dr Rafie, Neverouse I went in He was quick to put me at ease. Turned out it wasn't a filling and a part of my tooth broke off. He fixed it with a temp filling and gave me the bad news. You need a crown. Just had my appointment today and I now have a temp crown and will be back in 30 days for the permanent one. I glad I meet Dr Rafie He will be my dentist for years to come.

Dr. El Rafie saw me many times - in fact redid my whole mouth prosthedontically. Every part of the way he was excellent, professional, caring, & understanding. He explained every procedure thoroughly, thus exhibiting his complete knowledge & expertise!

Dr. El Rafie's bedside manner is second to none. He's very calming and in control...clearly knows his stuff. I'm a nervous patient but he definitely works with you. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Really great bedside manner. Clearly explains everything that's going on, which also reassures me that he knows what he's doing. Was able to get me a referral within 30 minutes to look at a more serious issue. Definitely sticking with this dentist, and will recommend him to anyone.
