She is AWESOME!. I went to her to get second opinion for one of my root canal treatment ... I definitely needed root-canal but it did not require crown lengthening etc which was suggested by my previous dentist. What I like about Dr. Phan is that she explains the process very well before hand and also talks about the issue at lengths. Very thorough professional and very neat with her work. Everyone says rootcanal is painful experience... but Dr. Phan made it seem so easy. After a long long time I am love with a Dentist. I would highly recommend her!

She is very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I would trust her opionions 100%. In addition, her assistants are very friendly and efficient, especially Wayne the dental hygienist who is currently available every other Saturdays. Dr. Phan has the best office manager named Lee who navigates through insurance and is highly capable in her job. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Phan to anyone who is looking for an experienced, caring family dentist who can treat variety of dental issues and understands dental phobias. Dr. Khanhlam Kim Phan received her Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology at the University Of Oklahoma and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University Of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2005. She has been participating in multiple continuing education courses to update her clinical skills and knowledge with the new advents in the field on dentistry. Dr Phan is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association and Seattle King County Dental Society.
Dr. Phan's main interests are pediatric, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Her philosophy is "Proper dental care from childhood nurtures good dental health for life."
She provides dental care for patients with all different kinds of needs, and finds it fulfilling and rewarding. Her patient's best interests are her utmost priority.

Dr. Phan is straight-forward, informative, friendly and practical. I have switched to this practice from my old one I had been going to for years which was telling me I needed one procedure or another at ever visit and felt like they were just after the money. Not with Dr. Phan, she willing discussed what she saw on my x-rays from my prior dentist, discussed pro and cons and agreed with me that there was no need to treat; on the contrary, it would be foolish to treat. I was so relieved to have found a dentist who wanted what was best for the patient. She was very open about it all. Wonderful.

I was concerned at checkout when between the receptionist and the doctor they messed up the medication and how I was to take it. If I hadn't have questioned the receptionist about what the doctor had told me about the meds. and how to take them I would have been misdirected. Definitely disconcerting on such an important issue.

I went to Dr. Phan's office originally to have my teeth cleaned and x-rays. Wayne did an excellent job and I was impressed by Dr. Phan, so when I had tooth pain, I returned and she took another x-ray and showed me how the tooth had corroded and explained why I needed to get a crown. She also showed me where the tooth to the corroded one was in danger, so I decided to get both crowns at the same time.
Dr. Phan put in temporary crowns and the permanent ones arrived according to plans. After putting them in, she followed up and called the next day. I told her that one seemed a bit high and I went in a few days later to have this resolved. All seems fine now, but she assured me that if I had a problem, the work was guaranteed for a year.
I was impressed with her and her staff--I highly recommend her and her office.
