The doctor was not completely terrible but her staff is so rude. I would never go to this place not only did they make me wait for hours and did nothing. The old guy in the front desk had the nerve to be snippy condescending and got loud with me. When I never called him out of his name just said I know I made my appointment the day before but I am supposed to get some type of service I have been here for 3 and half hours and nothing. I would not even tell someone I didn't like to go here. It was a waste of my day but of course, just for sitting in their chair they charged me the copay. This place is ripe of and a big joke. Don't go

It was the worst experience ever was here since 9 AM. I provided them with my xrays I had already taken however they wanted to take more just to charge my insurance I suppose. Then they had me sitting in the chair for forever didn’t give me a patient plann till 11:45 AM when I was about to except they told me I would have to wait till 1:30 PM to actually get my teeth worked on or if not to come another day on top of that when I complained about not being advised about this while I was waiting the man in front was extremely rude and got super loud with me when I didn’t even yell or disrespect him. These people are horrible don’t come here

I was not too happy about my visit because I made appointment for cleaning and I guest because I haven't been or is my 1st time visiting, I had to come back, the 1st visit is consultation, I took off for work, had I known is only for consultations, I would have find another dentist. Receptionist sais to me she gave away my cleaning appointments due to 1st visit is consultation .. 1st ever that I heard is such a thing..

Doctor wasn't personable, but her office was nice. Office assistants seemed friendly. Still waiting to receive call to confirm what my copayment was. After full X-ray, felt as though I was being up-sold on procedures to help pay for that nice office. Just being honest.

I liked Dr Bollt very much. He was calm & appropriate & took the time to explain everything in layman's terms (even though I'm a nurse, don't understand orthodontic terms). The receptionist, Chrissy or Christy, was very helpful & polite, both when I called to verify the appointment & my insurance, & while I was at the office, she helped me make my appointment at another office . Ashley, the assistant, was also very professional. I will make an appointment for my husband to go there also. As a side note, the office is very clean & tidy.

The first impression is the most important element in any kind of professional engagements. Dr. Kinga Rogowska fall in this first step. I could account how many words she use in order to talk to me. No eyes contact, not real care. Thank to her assistance, wonderful and knowledge I could understand my situation. I never will come back, never.

The nurses and staff up front were very kind and helpful. Everything was made clear before the work was done and the billing was also quite clear. Dr. Rogowska worked fast but was also careful and kept in mind that I HATE going to the dentist. She even let me wear my headphones so I didn't have to hear the drills (as much) and didn't guilt me for not taking care of my teeth but encouraged me to come back for a cleaning---and that, for me, is one of the greatest things a dentist can do.
