She was very patient, took the time to explain every step clearly and listened carefully to my problems and what issues I have been having. I was pleasantly surprised at what a good experience it was as my recent experience with the dentists I've seen has been abysmal!

Dr. Kirsten Chang graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2010. As a student, she was an active member of the Aesthetics and Implant/Prosthodontic study clubs. She continued the family legacy of advanced education in dentistry by entering into a General Practice Residency which provided additional training in the surgical areas of implant dentistry, periodontics and extractions.
Dr. Kirsten Chang is a past active member of the Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento #1032. She enjoys community service through her membership in the Fair Oaks Rotary and Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Sacramento District Dental Society (SDDS) and serves on the New Member Committee. She continues to be an active member of the community participating in charitable events such as Smiles for Kids, CDA cares, and VA Stand Downs.

I will not return because the 2 Doctors were so unprofessional in their treatment of the dental assistant. They were very rude and condescending to her. This created a hostile environment for her and for me.
They also made inaccurate statements about Zoc Doc and the billing rep bashed specific Dental insurance companies.
They are not consumer friendly and are hostile towards their vendor partners.

Based on the customer service by Pat upon my initial contact with their office, I declined this dentist despite the positive reviews... The customer service, lack of organization and the communication, rude demeanor, I refused the appointment and booked another dentist for this evening.

The staff and Dr. were very friendly and knowledgeable and I have confidence in the procedures done thus far.
The only part of my experience that wasn't efficient was the new patient check-in. I had already filled out the patient info in the app, which advertised that the office would accept that in place of the usual check-in paperwork, but when I got to the office I was asked to fill out physical paperwork with 99% of the same questions on it.
I would like to have had the option to either not have to fill out all of the same information or to be able to do that at home where I wouldn't have to strain my neck looking down at a clipboard.
It's 2016. The medical industry needs to figure out how to fully embrace and adopt new patient management and communication tools. Only partially adopting something tarnishes the patient experience and does more harm than good.

Everyone is very friendly, and super attentive. What I appreciated most is the emphasis on educating their patients so they are informed about their care and their options. Highly recommend!

Dr. Richard and Dr. Kristen are great! I came to them at the beginning of the year with terrible infections. They were honest and straight-forward with me about what needed to be done to help me get back to health.

I was out of town and needed a filling replaced. Dr Chang saw me quickly. She has a very gentle touch, I've had many injections for dental work and hers was the least painful I've experienced and numbed only the area being worked on, my tongue and lips weren't effected. She was efficient and caring and I was on my way in no time!
