I was not seen by the dentist I had taken an appointment with.
The person that did the x-rays appeared to be inexperienced and the x-rays were one of the most uncomfortable and painful I have ever had. They did apologize and were nice and a polite person overall.
They also don’t go over the costs upfront which was a bit annoying and neither have they shared the x-rays they were supposed to email me. My overall experience left me not wanting to return here.

I had an amazing experience at CitiDental! Swift wait time, had my forms ready to go, super friendly staff, and very clear communication. The providers walked me through everything I needed to know and listened intently to my questions. The front desk was also able to provide me clear info on insurance coverage. 10/10 would recommend and feel very taken care of here. Completely new and refreshing experience compared to my previous provider.

Dr.Krista was professional and kind. The dental tech and front desk staff felt a little pushy when they presented me with future treatment plans (especially given that they knew that my insurance wouldn't cover it) and I felt judged for my hesitance (tech: "health is important, it's worth the price"). Overall, amazing doctor, but less than ideal staff.

THE WORST. Avoid CitiDental like the plague. I went in for a cleaning, scheduled through ZocDoc specifically as a cleaning, and did not get a cleaning. Instead they wasted the whole time taking X-rays, photos, and a scan for Invisalign that I did not request and did not know was for Invisalign, and then told me that I did not have time for a cleaning but that I could come back the next for a cleaning. I SPECIFICALLY scheduled and requested a cleaning. When I asked for my records they said that it would take up to 72 hours to process. They did not send them and so I called them 72 hours to the minute before they sent the records to me within 15 minutes. And now I still need a cleaning but I have already reached my allotment for this service with my insurance company, so you know what needs to happen there. It does not matter what the bedside manner or state of the office is if you do not receive the service you requested. Has anyone ever heard of scheduling a cleaning and not receiving one? Yes, of course x-rays and photos are standard procedure but I have never had them take up the entire visit and then not received my cleaning. Do NOT go here.

I'm a new patient at this office and I'm happy coming out of my first appointment. The Boston office is pretty small but very clean, has new equipment, friendly staff, and a doggy greeter named Mustard (probably one of the best parts). Dr. Hoang was professional and friendly and I felt like she actually listened to my concerns.

Sr. Wong and her staff were complete pros. Did an excellent job, clearly communicated everything, and made sure to take steps to keep price down without me even asking. Will be going back and would highly recommend.

I've lived in the city for a few years and have had trouble finding a good provider which has resulted in avoiding the dentist for far too long, but Dr. Stolch and staff could not have been better! They were so friendly and nonjudgemental, took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step, and even sat down with me after to ensure I understood what the cost for my procedures would be. Will absolutely be returning regularly!

I was told that I had 6 cavities that needed to be filled. I didn’t have any pain—just came in for a cleaning. She was right about 1 tooth and fixed it very well. She filled a couple other teeth she thought were cavities, but I decided to hold off on doing the other teeth.
I went to two other dentists for a different opinion, and they both said that I did not have any cavities—and she likely mistook stains on my teeth for cavities. They were exactly right—a year later, I still don’t have any cavities and no pain in the teeth I was told needed fillings.
Everyone makes mistakes, so I’m sure this was just a mistake. She has excellent reviews on here, so I’m hopeful that my experience was just an outlier. Nevertheless, I thought others should hear my experience.

Krista and her staff were incredible. I am someone who has always hated the dentist and is afraid of most procedures. This appointment was my first in 5 years!! The entire staff was incredibly warm and clearly very knowledgable. Every procedure, potential outcome, and next steps were clearly explained even before a diagnosis had been made. Future appointments were laid out clearly with the prices given up front. I'm so thankful I found this practice!!
