Dr. Paudel and her staff were wonderful. I’m a very nervous patient for dental work, but they were kind, explanatory in their actions, and only used hand tools so I wouldn’t have to hear any motors. Despite not going to the dentist for a bit, she was not at all chastising and was very understanding

Dr. Kritika Paudel takes pride in providing elite dental care to her patients while making them feel at ease and comfortable in her chair. She enjoys getting to know all her patients and is an avid global traveler and dentist volunteer. She is fluent in Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Nepalese. After completing her undergraduate studies on a 4-year, merit-based full scholarship at the University of Maryland Baltimore County campus, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery, DDS, from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In dental school, she was a member of the competitive, prestigious clerkship in oral surgery, where she received extensive training in both surgical and non-surgical procedures. She was also a member of the Gamma Phi Prosthodontic Honor’s Society which recognizes outstanding performance in various aspects of clinical dentistry including fixed and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Paudel believes in staying connected and giving back to her community and has participated in several Mission of Mercy programs to provide emergency dental care to the underserved. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring international cuisine and travel.

Dr. Paudel and her staff have great social skills that make visits lighthearted and fun. Dr.Paudel is also great at explaining the what and why of esoteric dental terms/practices in layman terms.

I had a pleasant first experience with Dr. Kritika & her assistant during my dental cleaning. My appointment was amazing! She was actively listening to my past dental experience and is in the process of helping me draft a plan for my future visits.

Sweet and professional dentist. She was so gentle that I didn't even feel it when she numbed me for my filling. I went in very anxious and left relieved.

Was having pain on my molars. Dr. Paudel saw me the same day. She was very through. Did all the tests to rule out other issues. I needed a root canal. She explained the whole procedure. Patient and thorough.

Dr. Paudel was a very compassionate dentist. I have had bad experiences in the past and was anxious going in. But she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She also explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!
