I went in for an emergency extraction due to a broken tooth. Turned out that I needed a lot more than that. Needless to say, Mr. Hsue talked to me about my teeth and their condition. I went in there with the firm hand that I wasn't going to get everything fixed that day due to the amount it would cost. Boy was I wrong. I was taken care of for an amzing price and I could not say no to the help that this office was willing to give me. Both financially and physically. I will be taking care of myself with the utmost respect because the amazing things these people did for me will not go to waste. I highly recommend this office to anyone and I will be in for my recommended check ups and cleaning. Kuzi Hsue makes me want to take care of my teeth more so than ever. I am very grateful to this man.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from University of Washington, and then my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington in 1991.
I add to my education regularly, attending courses in oral surgery, root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. I complete 120 hours of continuing education each year on topics from dental implants to patient relations. My patients are special to me, and I would rather learn new procedures than send my patients to yet another doctor. I have had extensive experience working with both adults and children and specialize in Family Dentistry.
I love dentistry. I never forget that patients are people, and I set very high standards for myself and my staff. I want to provide the most comprehensive and effective treatment plans for my patients each time they visit.
I have lived in Washington for over 40 years. My wife Wendy and I have 3 daughters.
In addition to my passion for dentistry, I love spending time with my kids, Madyson, Payton and Alexis.

Summary: Beware if you have good insurance, Dr Hsue will bleed it dry. And he is very condescending and rude.
It was my first time going to this particular dentist for a regular cleaning. They did X-rays, and he explained in the most condescending way possible that I would need a deep cleaning and fillings. He didn't walk me through how many and didn't explain why I needed fillings. I found out later while looking at the paper work they gave me that they wanted to several fillings.
For comparison, I went to another doctor and they explained in great detail (without any condescension) that I needed one filling and that some of my teeth needed to be observed going forward but were fine at the moment.

Loved this dentist, needed a root canal and I just walked in on my first appointment and they got it done quickly but masterfully well done, didn't feel a thing. Jenny at the front was extremely nice as well.

I'd never been here before, but I was ok with trying it after seeing some good reviews. I had a lot of work needed on my teeth (cavities; it'd been a while), and those got taken care of. However, all of my teeth were extremely sensitive to cold after the work, and have remained so. I had a couple of deep cavities, so I knew those would be sensitive for a while, but they haven't dulled in any way. Plus, some of the material used to cover the spots have slowly broken off-I have a drilled cavity spot that is wide open at this point because the material broke off. I don't grind my teeth or are particularly hard on them, so I'm not too thrilled. The painful sensitivity and seemingly-temporary nature of the treatment I spent a lot out of pocket on hasn't given me a good lasting impression.

I've never been scheduled an appointment for only xrays. It would be nice if they actually called to tell me they wouldn't do a cleaning that day so I didn't waste my time. It was a good experience until I was told that.

The assistants there are very pleasent and incredibly communicative. Dr. Hsue himself managed to bring a smile to my face despite having four wisdom teeth extracted. It was quite amazing!

the only reason it took 30 min or less to get in is because it was our first visit and i had to fill out paperwork, if paperwork wasnt needed im sure we would have been seen right away, i love the staff. Dr Hsue was the nicest Dr ive met in a long time. i highly recommend him for both children and adults.thank you!!

Everyone was very informative and helpful. I truly appreciated the non pressure approach while discussing my treatment options. My only complaint was the wait for the dentist himself which was over an hour. Besides that I would give a recommendation to anyone.
