My visit was great. Nice office very warm and welcoming. Dr. Tolliver was awesome So was the assistant??. I'm very picky about dentist and they seem to understand. The prices are reasonable and the understanding the treatment plan was easy when explained by his front desk, she did forget to give my back my ID??, other than that she was great! ?? can't wait to return for my cleaning!

Dr. Lacedric Tolliver graduated from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Inspiration for becoming a dentist has always been a childhood dream. He believes that dentistry plays a dual role in a person's appearance as well as overall systemic health. Treatment in general dentistry is provided in a stress-free and caring modality. Dr. Tolliver enjoys the interaction with his pediatric and adult patients and encourages his patients to have a positive and welcoming visit. Effective communication and friendliness are projected to every patient. He admittedly gets to know every patient he encounters. Dr. Tolliver is enjoying being a part of the Metroplex Dental Team.
Dr. Tolliver enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, attending performing arts, reading, and learning different languages. "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost, his favorite poem, has always been a reflection of his personality. Dr. Tolliver is a member of numerous organizations including the National Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Tolliver is charming, but there is constant upsale pressure. And, his dental techs are HORRIBLE. The first one constantly pinched my lip and bangs the instruments on my teeth. The second one complained about cleaning my teeth although cleaning flossing and polishing took less that 20 minutes to complete.

He was wonderful. He spent a great deal of time addressing my concerns, answering questions and explaining my needs. The procedure was relatively painless and I was kept comfortable. What was also great is how thorough they are at explaining the costs in detail before the procedure. A wonderful experience!

Dr Tolliver had such a kind and comforting presence, when I was in so much pain. I am grateful to him for helping me with the issues that he is an expert on and referring me out for what he believes is not his specialty. His staff was equally as gentle and kind to me. Classic bait and switch artist. Brought a Groupon coupon for a dental cleaning. Dr Tolliver refused to perform the service saying I must pay for a more expensive procedure. Don't waste your time or money.

Even after multiple trips back after getting fillings replaced, a month later I'm having pains that resemble a cracked tooth. Before the replacements I never had any pain at all.

My visit was very good: short wait time (though lots of paperwork!), nice space, and convenient appointment time. The hygenist was a taste on the aggressive side during my cleaning, but I suppose if I were choosing a side, I would err on the side of too much rather than not enough. Overall, a good visit.
