Dr McNair was very professional and his staff treated me very well. I am terrified of the dentist, after many bad experiences. I am very happy I found one I am comfortable with. I would highly recommend this doctor. The business is in a home which makes it a lot less stressful and more welcoming.

My visit can only be described awesome & excellent. From the staff to Dr McNair himself, everyone was friendly, professional & did everything to keep me at ease. It was the most relaxing dental visit I have ever had. I would recommend him to anyone.

I loved Dr McNair, and the receptionist, Tahiti was great. Relaxing jazz music plays the whole time too. However, the waiting was long, and the dental hygienist was not so good. I had the polishing paste all over my face afterward and my gums were chaffed because she did not hold my gums back. I was also often left sitting in the chair with no one in the room and no explanation.

I was very pleased with my visit and followup with Dr. McNair. I had mouth pain but hadn't been to the dentist in many years so was very nervous. Dr. McNair put me right at ease and clearly explained everything he was doing. As an elderly woman it was great to see that he spent the time to make sure I was okay and understood everything he was doing and would do when I came for the followup. Even his office setting helped, the music was relaxing and I could have had a neck massage while waiting but I didn't need it. I highly recommend Dr. McNair.

A massage therapist to help relax and release stress and anxiety that comes with dental visits, this is an outstanding addition to dental care. Relaxing music playing in the background, WOW!!! I was wondering am I at the dentist or on a cruise. I'm so very impressed and I highly recommend Dr. Larry McNair, call them up today!!!

Dr. McNair was fantastic! My actual appointment was included a complimentary massage while I waited for my appointment to start. I can truly say Dr. McNair loves his job, he greeted me with a bight smile and made my visit very pleasant. His interactions with his patients shows how much he loves his job. THE OFFICE STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE IN REGARDS TO TIMING. WHY DO DOCTORS THINK WE AS PATIENTS HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO BUT WAIT FOR THEM FOR HOURS AT A TIME? THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AND EVERY OTHER PATIENT WAS EXPECTED TO WAIT OVER TWO HOURS, UNEXCEPTIONABLE FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT!

WOW! A really nice group. Every staff member I met was courteous to all patients. Dr. Mc is great. I was particularly impressed with his ability to 'interest' me in the details of my visit. Believe me, I enjoyed the massage, the exercise parlor and the actual dreaded dental chair. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Wait time was over TWO AND A HALF HOURS, WHY?

There was an unanticipated long wait time due to an emergency. However, it didn't seem like such a long wait time in that, as new patients, there was a lot of paperwork to complete in advance of "getting in the chair." The office atmosphere was so relaxing (color scheme, comfortable seating, music (jazz), etc.) we didn't mind at all.

I had two appointments in one week, the first was an emergency appointment and I had to wait about an hour. I guess this was ok since they fit me in as a new patient. My appointment was at 7:30 pm and I was seen about 8:30. I've lived in DC for over 20 years and have never been able to find a dentist with hours after 5 pm, so this was pretty awesome. My second appointment was at 9:30 am and I was seen right away. For someone that has anxiety about the dentist they did an awesome job at making me comfortable. The massage therapist and music was a nice touch to keep an anxious person calm. Dr. McNair was very patient and gentle. It is a quaint office in NE DC with a helpful friendly staff.
