Dr. Edwards was great and super understanding of how sensitive my teeth were. The office location needs a lot of work. There’s only an elevator entrance and emergency stairs into the waiting room. The front desk staff was a little fresh faced so you could tell they were “figuring it out” but they were polite.

My name is Dr. Laura Edwards. I attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where I graduated with honors in community service. I completed my orthodontics training at New York University, and recently completed my board certification to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. I am an orthodontic specialist and limit my practice to orthodontics only.
I love my work as an orthodontist, because giving someone a better smile not only changes their appearance, but it can also transform their personality — the ability to smile and laugh with confidence is the best gift that I can give to a patient. In my free time when I am not creating smiles, I enjoy weightlifting and watching Star Trek with my husband and our dog.

The lady that took me took care of me most of the way(greeted me at the window). Then the Doctor came in for about 3 mins. The woman that took my X-rays looked like she was having a bad day the woman that greeted me at the window got her name completely wrong which may have been a personal problem and I thought that was why she was mad but when she was taking my photos( before the xrays) she was a little rough with the mouth openers and kinda was rushing it.

The doctor and staff were fine but my appointment time with Zocdoc was not reflected in their system correctly so I was required to wait an additional hour. Seems like Zocdocs fault and not the office.

Marina, her assistant met with my family. X-rays were done. My son’s overbite was a huge issue.
The doc came in once we found out he could get the braces that day. She came in explained the procedure.
We had a good experience.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are unorganized, their office is disgusting and the wait is almost 2 hours. I ask the lady can I go ahead and pay after waiting and no answer. Then when I get called back the doctor says oh you need to get up and go pay before I do anything. It’s legitimately the worst place I have ever been. Only go if you want mediocre care for the price of an actual professional.
