Super friendly staff. Doctor Fafalak was very transparent available treatment, options and associated costs. She took and the time to explain everything patiently and in depth. Dr. Lauren Fafalak was born in New York City and raised in Brooklyn. Following her undergraduate training, Dr. Fafalak was then accepted at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she was proud to serve as a clinical teaching assistant and also worked as an interviewer for prospective students. Dr. Fafalak was a member of the American Association of Women Dentists where she served as Vice President in her fourth year along with serving as Secretary for The Head and Neck Cancer Organization. Dr. Fafalak completed her general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell and served as chief resident in her second year. She currently is on staff at New York Presbyterian teaching clinical skills to the post-doc residents. Dr. Fafalak is excited to be a part of the Modern Dental of Manhattan team and looks forward to serving the community

Dr. Fafalak and her whole practice were amazing. Front desk was delightful, polite, and helpful. The dental assistant was a pleasure to be around while also being very good at his job. Dr. Fafalak herself was thoughtful, attentive, receptive, and efficient. She took her time explaining everything in meticulous detail, answering my silly questions, offering multiple solutions to various problems, and providing the absolute best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I have a procedure scheduled for next week that I'm very much looking foward to, (which says a lot considering historically I've dreaded any dentist appointment). It's clear that everyone in that office is passionate about their careers and genuinely enjoy working there. I am so happy I found this practice.

If I could clone each and every person I came in contact with on staff, I would. I've never been so utterly impressed with every ounce of a medical provider experience. I have really terrible dentists anxiety and not once was it triggered. The level of kindness, patience, thorough'ness and overall humanity that I was shown blew me away. She's an incredible Good Human, with an equally incredible team around her.

I haven’t gone to the dentist in about 5 years or so. Dr. Fafalak was very nice and made sure i was comfortable with the cleaning the entire time as my teeth are quite sensitive. I had so much plaque build-up and after the cleaning they felt brand new. She even went over my x-rays with me one image at a time which I’ve never experienced before! I highly reccomend this dentist!

I was never happy with my teeth and always wanted to get veneers but was afraid to go for it. Dr. F went through each step of the process with me and even had a mock up of what my teeth would look like after finished. I have never felt more comfortable and am so happy I completed the work with her.I finally got my hollywood smile!

I have always been afraid of the dentist but had heard great things about D, F. and let me tell you after my first visit I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office. She listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain each phase of my treatment. I have referred several of my co-workers to her along with family. She is amazing!

I had sensitivity from one of my back molars and knew I had to go see a dentist. It took me weeks until I got over my fear and went to see the dentist. When Dr. Lauren walked in I knew I was in the best hands. She did my cavity in one visit. I had ZERO pain after. She said I might need a root canal because
it was so deep but all good so far!

Had my root canal completed with Dr.Fafalak along with my crown. She took the time to go over each step and was always available to answer my questions, even after hours! She takes pride in what she does and really cares about her patients not only from a dental stand point but also their well being.! would recommend her in a heartbeat!

It's been years since I had a dental check up. I was so overdue and was really
embarrassed. Dr. Lauren took care of me. She checked every tooth and didn’t
make me feel bad at all. She also did a thorough cleaning. I walked out feeling
terrific.

My dad always told me to take care of my teeth. I should have listened. I had a
massive cavity on three of my front teeth. I need to get a bridge and Dr.
Fafalak went in. Not only was she fast, the teeth looked so good. I look better
now than I did before. She’s got a patient for life.

I had loose teeth and an infection that was affecting myself very badly. I made an appointment and went to their offices a day later and was greeted by a super understanding and extremely friendly staff, Dr. Lauren Fafalak took me into a room and checked my dental issues out, she was and is a caring, understanding and very optimistic professional, she took care of the Teeth in question by extracting 2 infected teeth, gave me an Rx antibiotic and in a few days everything cleared up to my amazement. Upon future visits she preformed a deep cleaning, drilled & filled a cavity, and we started a partial bottom denture- Today was a final checkup and minor adjustments to the denture. I now have a beautiful smile and my life back due to the skill, professionalism and quality of Dr. Lauren Fafalak’s unparalleled work. I couldn’t recommend this fantastic Experience and Dental place any more, THANK YOU DR. FAFALAK AND YOUR AMAZING STAFF ! I can’t wait to go back for my next checkup !!!!!!!
