I called this office as a new patient and was seen the next day!! I was very impressed with the genuine interest the dentist had in listening to my concerns. She listened patiently and both she and the dental assistant took their time to explain all my options and all that was involved with any choice I might make.
I thnk it should be mentioned that they had taken a certain type of X-rays and were not happy with what they could see, so they took a different type of X-rays and only charged me for one set. I am confident their main priority was me and not my insurance.
I have Fidelis Care for insurance, and it is not easy to find providers who will take it, and even if you can find a provider, it is typically a month or more before you are seen. It was not an issue with these folks. Within 24 hours of making my initial call, I was in the dentist chair. How often does that happen?
I can't say enough about how great they were!!
