Dr. Leena M. Bahu, DDS has been in the dental field for nearly 20 years. A graduate of the University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School, Dr. Bahu also completed one year of oral oncology training at the Detroit Medical Center after her formal education. The doctor performs all aspects of general dentistry including root canals, crowns, dentures, gum treatment and minor oral surgical procedures. Dr. Bahu uses the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry, including Lumineers TM and traditional veneers, bonding and Sapphire TM in-office teeth whitening, to create the smile you've always dreamed of!
Dr. Bahu enjoys the field of dentistry and believes that work is "Love Made Visible." Dr. Bahu has written several achievements in her book of life; becoming the president of the Detroit District Dental Society Central Branch, as well as sitting on the Board of Delegates for the Michigan Dental Association, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. She is also on staff at St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland Hospital, teaching their dental residency program.
Dr. Bahu is active in her community dental health education by volunteering in schools. In addition, the doctor has been featured on local television as part of a series on dental topics. Principles such as honesty, integrity, modesty and compassion give her the confidence to take care of her patients in the most effective way. When she’s not practicing, Dr. Bahu enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She is a resident of West Bloomfield. Her hobbies include skiing, traveling, cardio-kickboxing and learning languages.

Friendliest dentist and staff I've ever met. They make sure you feel comfortable and respect their patients. The place is new and clean. I have been having trouble finding the right dentist that I can trust. After hearing about Dr. Bahu from a co-worker, I booked my appointment here and had to look no further. Highly recommended.
