Everybody was wonderfully friendly from when I walked in the door. The receptionist was great. Dr. Lopez was sweet and all the hygienist, etc. were wonderful with me. Yes, I would highly highly recommend them.

Everyone at the front desk was so incredibly kind. I was given an adorable first-time patient gift bag and was offered a “comfort menu” for the appointment (heated neck pillow, eye mask, paraffin hand wax, noise-canceling headphones, tv options). The waiting room felt very home-like and the wait was short. I was given a tour and told so much information before even sitting in the chair.
The hygienist, Tiana, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She explained everything that was happening clearly and made me feel very comfortable despite normally having dental anxiety.
Dr. Lopez was the most personable dentist I’ve ever seen, asked questions and genuinely listened to answers, made suggestions and ensured I knew all of my options. She was very open to customizing my treatment plan to fit my comfort, schedule, and insurance.
The woman who helped with billing was very helpful. The treatment plan was clearly outlined. By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had!

“I think the best part of my job,” she says, “is building relationships with my patients and the team. I’ve listened to everyone’s unique story. This really helps me to create individualized treatment plans and guide them toward optimal oral health.”
Beyond the realm of dentistry, Dr. Lopez is an outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys bike riding, swimming, hiking, and gardening—activities that allow her to embrace the beauty of nature. In addition, she loves experimenting with new recipes, with a particular fondness for baking. She enjoys visiting her family and friends who live outside of Illinois and travels often to stay connected with them.
Interestingly, Dr. Lopez has lived in five different states, adding to her diverse experiences and perspectives. Today, she is excited to call Illinois her forever home. Her journey, both in her professional and personal life, is an accomplishment she is proud of.

This was such a great dentist experience, they were completely understanding of my concerns and very informative for every step of what they were working on. I didn’t feel like I was being judged or spoken down to at all which I feel like is common at dentist offices. Such an easy and relaxing experience
