Always a wonder experience here - staff are friendly abs Dr Jones is always very personable. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth this time was wonderful! Felt like my teeth have been pampered.

Dr. Jones attended Howard University College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S).
Dr. Jones trained at the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Hospital, a level one trauma center in New York city. She also completed her General Practice Residency (GPR) at LMMHH and served as the Chief GPR in her final year.
After completing her education and training, Dr. Jones worked at the Wainiae Coast Community Health Facility Dental Clinic and also volunteered at Scofield Barracks Dental Clinic in Hawaii while her spouse was in the military.
For 2 years, Dr. Jones was a civilian dentist for the U.S. Government and worked at a military dental clinic at Fort Stewart. Dr. Jones also work as faculty for Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester for 5 years prior to opening up her own solo practice, which she began 10 years ago.

Arriving early doesn't ameliorate the wait time. "Dr. Jones" is very chatty perhaps to distract. Her assistant may be inadequate. Dr. Jones is verbose and delivers her findings w/ too much medical jargon (really tooth "14"?) She did not explain exactly what she was doing before she did it, and the claim sent to my insurance was not explained well and I believe is partially responsible for its denial. Even though the filling falling out was due to shoddy work, she made seem as if it was my fault. I allowed more than enough time to recover and allow the numbing to subside before I ate however, the filling was out before that! They didn't even apologize. "Dr. Jones" made the situation in that area of my mouth worse than it was.
