Rarely have I been surprised by dental care providers in a positive way, but today was an exceptionally positive experience.
The office is beautiful, professional and incredibly upbeat. At the very moment I checked in, Dr. Spencer appeared suddenly to greet me personally, though my appointment was not with him.
The office was aware that I am on medicare with limited means, in search of specialized repair to my front teeth, which I thought may require a significant investment.
I was quickly offered a tour of the practice, and upon arrival in my treatment room, Dr. Rucks appeared within seconds. She is equal parts professional, caring and personable.
After a thorough exam and discussion, Dr. Rucks suggested that work to two of my teeth, instead of the 4-6 I was expecting from other evaluations, would provide a good solution for my damaged smile, and likely without the specialized cosmetic pricetag.
That is integrity. Dr. Rucks, and this practice, has it.
