Cano Health was founded by Lourdes Cano, D.M.D. with the vision of creating a medical and dental practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. Dr. Cano successfully completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2001. Prior to immigrating to the U.S.A. from Cuba, Dr. Cano was a specialist in Prostodontics, practicing in one of Cuba’s most prestigious “polyclinics,” which feature a multi-disciplinary approach to treating both medical and dental diseases. Her professionalism, skill, and consummate care for her patients has earned her the title, from a local newspaper, “the Angel of the Smile.”

Awful. They explained nothing to me and tried to get me to sign a form for a medical procedure that no one informed me about. They want what's going to get the most money out of you. This place does not care about your actual well being. Just a warning to anyone considering this place. Also, this wasn't my first visit, I have been to this office a few times and it's a different horrible experience each time.

I already felt horrible about my teeth, and not going to get checkups regularly, but this staff was amazing. From checking to my tooth extraction, everything went smooth. All the assistants were so sweet, and the dentist made me feel as comfortable as possible. Even played music . new dentist for me, thanks Cano (:

The most enjoyable experience at a doctors office! Amazingggg staff& atmosphere! For having to get 2 teeth extracted. It was a breeze! I had music playing while getting my procedure done:) I felt comfortable, relaxed & not nervous at all. Everyone was friendly & personable! I'll be looking to forward to my next appointments!

Dr. Cano is simply the best dentist I have ever been to. She knew exactly what to do and kept me comfortable every step of the way. I was also impressed with the medical center as a whole. In addition to having all dental specialties, the center has medicine, vision, and other specialties. Highly recommend!
